The breakfast buffet provided (which is not free, just for clarity) was plenty good, and even though the breakfast buffet at the hotel itself was closed for two of the three days of my stay, they allowed me to use my breakfast tickets at the next door hotel, which I guess has the same owner. The location was excellent, right next Fukuyama station and thus downtown Fukuyama. Having the Fukuyama Castle park a block away was a nice plus. The hotel and my room were clean; nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness.

Right next to the station; clean and comfy rooms. Also second floor has public bath that closes at midnight! The front desk staff were also very nice and let me keep my luggage there until checkin time. There's also extra blankets, pillows, and other amenities for guests to take as they like (you have to return them of course).

It is super central to the train station and the nearby castle and museums! The baths/ Onsens were amazing, nicest I’ve been to within a hotel! Staff allowed us to leave our luggage before and after check in!

A good location. A pleasant Japanese style breakfast. A pleasant quieter laid back city. Essty access to the train and bus station. Great places to visit.

I did not have breakfast during my stay. The location is very good for many things.

Great hotel, great location, highly underrated city, fabulous castle and historic museums, a very pleasant stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable, a great value!

Very close to the station and the castle. Room a bit small but has all you need. The baths exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was really excellent.

The location was perfect and an easy access to almost everything. I wish that breakfast should have some variation in its menu.

The location was close to the station which was great. There were many eateries in the area and was very close to Fukuyama castle. The Onsen was also very nice after traveling.
